We have a meet & greet with every client and there dog before a stay is allowed, we can work through paperwork and vaccinations and see our facilities at this appointment. (usually around 20 minutes)
A non - refundable deposit is required to secure bookings in our system, this can be done on the meet & Greet or at the time of request for repeat clients.
